We are feeling many things at one time. And apparently that’s okay! But it’s also difficult.

Who Is Liz Noble?

My name is Elizabeth Noble, Liz to my home-girls.

It’s been a long road….getting from there to here.

That’s been a 25-year-long road of tech bros and I, the female co-founder. And I’m out of all that, for now.

I’ve been majorly depressed twice. I’ve written about my suicidal thoughts.

As I’ve tried to figure out how to recover I’m realizing that mental wellness isn’t just exercise, good food and meditation. Taking care of your brain also means being creative, connecting with community and sharing stories.

This newsletter is going to explore how we can use creativity, community and storytelling to support our mental health, while swearing a lot.

I’m on a mission to explore how creativity, community and storytelling support mental wellness.

Even my husband says I swear a lot. He in fact said to me today, “Woah, that was a lot of fucks in that post.”

My pseudonym, Elizabeth Noble, allows me to write with no-fucks. And I come from a long line of loud ladies.
